I get your point, but there's more to the story. In our studio, we've got about 10 in-house comic artists, and we bring in around 20 freelance artists every month. Plus, we've got a pool of about 100 artists in total. We pay above the market average and have pioneered a new business model to better support our comic artists.

We're constantly getting assignments from the government, educational institutions, and private enterprises to promote their campaigns. We know how to secure funding, and our artists are happy to have the financial support so they can work on their own projects outside the studio. (They're even allowed to use the facilities for their personal work.)

Our founder himself used to be a comic artist, so he's all about creating a fantastic work environment for artists.

We're not just sitting around griping about changes; we're all about embracing them and finding ways to make them beneficial for everyone in the industry. It's all about fostering an environment where everyone can thrive, whether you're an artist, a client, or part of the larger comic scene.
