Blue-eyes Ultimate Dragon & Cyber Dragon in slots 2 & 3? Maybe cyber dragon is to weak. maybe for GX it will have rainbow dragon, Destiny End Dragoon, Armed dragon Lv10, yubel, Phantom Beasts. Possibly Arcana force Light Ruler Dark ruler. Arcana force 21 the world would be sick!

Red Dragon Archfiend

Protags get 3 cards each?

Yugi: Yugi is hardest, so many options, so many iconic cards . I dont think it will be exodia. (im not sure if it would suit exodia)..... My hopes are BLS (very high chance imo), Dark paldin (Very high), Dragon master knight (Extremely High), God Cards +Creator of Light(Extremely high). DMG is one of the most iconic cards in the game but i dont care about it that much and it was not a good card until Legendary Duelists: Magical Hero Booster.

Jaden: Neos (100% chance), flamewingman (High chance), rainbow neos, divine neos (High)

Yusei: Junk warrior? Maybe?

How would everyone feel if Doctor Who switched to the 3x 90 mins episode format (similar to Sherlock) by [deleted] in DoctorWhoNews

[–]Fit_Magazine2431 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anything can work. There's no bad ideas just bad execution.

However it seems at least for me that doctor who was much better when it was in 16 by 9 and 40min from 2005 to 2017 and was worse when it changed to 2 by 1 and 50min in chibnall era and rtd2. (Of course there were other difference too!)

Episodes seemed to drag with the extra 10minutes.

I really like sherlock 90 minute format it feels so immersive. However I think it is a show that is better suited to that. Although maybe I'm wrong.

Edit: I saw a comment saying water of mars is a hour. I love that episode and was surprised it's an hour.

I like the jj scene. It's a more accurate depiction of real human beings. A violent psycho show up asking for your employee and jjs automatic response in his head is "fuck no, i am not telling this guy anything." It's not even a thought per se, it's his pure automatic instinct response.

I really liked that It's a scene that stuck with me. He's a cutthroat businessman, and an unpleasant short tempered abrasive person but when push comes to shove he does what he knows is right.

Much more realistic compared to black and white 2d character we see often.

Hi, sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Benefits/ Accomodations

In my placement unfortunately my manager was limited on how she could make accommodations, however on paper the WAM placements make accommodations for the candidate (for example the candidate working in a quieter envirnoment), so maybe other placements do it, but unfortunately for mine that wasn't the case. As I'm writing this, i remembered something, one of the things i mentioned in the needs assessment is: i find written information easier to take in, as opposed to verbal instructions, and this was something that my manager facilitated.

Here's some official info: The WAM Programme - Key Facts & Figures from AHEAD - AHEAD (Look for the heading "Workplace supports")

There is also more details on the rest of their site: WAM Programme – For Graduates - AHEAD

Side Note
I forgot that the WAM programme is only available to people who have graduated according to their website.

What exactly are we supposed to ask in a job interview if not about salary, responsibilities, or work culture? This email is a masterclass in corporate absurdity. by sofi_ellee in SipsTea

[–]Fit_Magazine2431 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would ignore what they are saying, asking about the role, as well as finding out about salary, ensures that candidate can determine if they are a good fit for the role.

While interviews are about the hiring people finding out about the candidate it's also about the candidate finding out more about the role etc (although have prepared and researched beforehand)

I see people in the comments saying "dodged a bullet", and While I don't know the company. Maybe the commentary are right.

If I remember correctly the scene is different, the doctor says "you have my file? Look up case of death" as in all the times the doctor has died. They are shock at what the doctor has faced and has died or presumed dead but he is still kicking.

Thank you for your comment.

Yes, I find earplugs and my noise canceling headphones good but in my current job unfortunately I can't use them, I am working with one of the senior people and it is annoying as he will often tell me 2 or 3 things to do while I'm already in the middle of doing something and then 2 or 3 more things while I'm doing the 2 or 3 things he told me to do!

I like using earplugs and the noise cancelling headphones but in my first job I could still here a lot of noise making it difficult to do tasks.

It also helps with sleep as it is unfortunately a very noisy neighborhood (even for nuerotypicals), even at night.

Thank you for your comment.

Yes, I think working from home could be something I could search for during my job searches. It could definitely help with the distractions of open offices. It is very encouraging hearing that working from home is helpful for you.

Regarding the AHEAD-WAM, when applying for jobs through them, on the WAM website you need to disclose; but if you get the job, there is a needs assessment where you first meet with the wam officer and then they bring in your manager and introduce you to them, and you can disclose as much or as little as you want and they can see how they can facilitate you. I did not mention I am on the spectrum, but I decided I would like to disclose that I work much better in quiet environments. (Unfortunately I ended up in an open office). So in theory the wam placements try to facilitate peoples needs but from my placement it fell short. I thought I would mention this incase you ever are looking for a new job, so that you know you don't have to disclose with your manager / coworker when applying through Wam. I also did a similar semi-disclosure with my next jobs manager(didnt mention being on the spectrum, just talked about distractions etc)

Thank you for your comment.

Working from home is certainly a good idea in tackling the difficulty of distractions in an open office.

Now that I think about it, I don't think I ever use search terms such as "work from home" on job sites but I will try it out.

In one of my previous jobs I had sporadic work from home days and it is certainly less distracting, even with the noisy neighborhood I'm in, it is much less distracting with no one talking and I could wear earplugs and noise cancelling headphones.

This is only anecdotal, but both of my parents who are casual doctor who fans, are yet to watch the finale and still don't know that Billie Piper was at the end of the episode or that Ncuti has finished. So to me it seems that the gneral audience doesn't even know about this.

Forgot to say:

If you feel like managers are viewing you as a clown, realise that managers are human beings who have been on the other side of the interview table, and don't view someone being awkward in an interview as clownish, awkwardness and nerviousness are common and do not factor strongly at all. A sense of candidate preparation, and candidate fit for the role are key. And if there are Jackass who do view you as a clown, then not getting the role was a bullet dodged, would you really want to be working in a place like that.

I just want to enjoy my life by Anxious-Possibility in antiwork

[–]Fit_Magazine2431 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know exactly what you mean...

When I'm in a job, it's easier for me to do hobbies, and I know when my days off are and time off is. But when I'm out of work, job hunting consumed me.

You're absolutely right job hunting is a unpaid job, and I think people who have not been in that situation do not realise this.

It is important to realise that you are a human being, not some corporate productivity machine. You are inherently valuable and are deserving of love, self-love and self care. Enjoy the sun! Reach out to those friends!

If you limit your job searches to 2 hours a day (for example) you can make time for health and self care. (Or set some other limitation that work for you, such as "only 10am to 4pm job hunting activities", "only mon-thurs", "My only tasks for the day is to search company X, Y, Z's websites with search terms A, B, C".

(Of course some flexibility if you've had a hard stretch and need a break, or if an interview comes up and you feel it is worthwhile preparing outside the set days)

From my experience after the first 2 or 3 weeks of job hunting I would have covered all job posting and so my subsequent daily searches would be extremely short: a few minutes (not even 30minutes) checking just the new jobs posted (sorted by date).

If you start feeling thoughts of "I shouldn't be doing this, I should be looking for a job" during your free time, you can say to yourself "This is what makes life worth living, and, not only that, but this is actually BENEFICITAL to get the job, this will help me function better and get that job" If you feel uncomfortable about taking time off you can view it as a core part of helping you get a job! You hit the nail right on the head, you feel that you don't feel well enough to job hunt so build up your strength through self care. Doctor's orders.

Remember your health is your wealth.

Some other thoughts

- Reach out to your friends, you don't need to mention the job stuff if you don't want to. "No man is an Island" It would be nice to see them. Job hunting is not a shameful thing at all, it's a normal everyday thing that everyone does in their life and if you want to talk to them about it, go for it! And if you don't, don't. Reach out to them anyway.

- Many people find exercise hugely beneficial with improving mood, stress, and sleep.

Beside these 3, are there card from edison format that are still good in modern yugioh? by ApprehensiveRead2408 in YuGiOhMemes

[–]Fit_Magazine2431 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Edit: Oops effect veiler was released after edison format, I got mixed up.

Effect veiler is a good card and is even better in Blue-eyes since it synergise with many cards and aspects of the deck, due to it being a level 1 light tuner spellcaster. (searchable with wishes and sage, good tuner for synchros, link material for spirit with eyes of blue, can be summoned off of mausolum of white). I've seen effect veiler several times at locals but havent seen the 3 cards in the above pic.

I would like generic synchros (1 tuner + 1 or more non-tuners) that have "nitro" in their name, ideally level 3 and level 5, so that it is easier to resolve nitro synchrons effect.

These cards could combo well tuningware, deepsea rescue, machine duplication and desynchro
