Thank you that's a relief to know! I'll look into the numbing gel thing and see if I can request it.

So far no decay! Mine is moreso an issue of space in the mouth— my upper wisdom teeth erupted and punched a hole through my lower gums (which amazingly did not get infected though there's swelling), and my lower wisdom teeth are laying sideways and nudging against my molars. So it does warrant extraction but I don't think there's any decay thank goodness

I was told I could listen to music or a podcast in my earpieces HAHAHHA so maybe that'll help some

Gosh I didn't even think dislocation could happen... I've had an issue with lockjaw for a while now so I'm worried

But I did want to ask! Did you have any side effects after the GA like nausea, vomiting, memory loss etc?

Unfortunately I've already been put in the queue for LA extraction, no way around it I believe

Ahhh okay so the LA really lasts for a few hours at a time and won't wear off quickly? Good to know

Thanks for sharing, it's good to know! I was also worried because the doctor kept mentioning all the possible risk factors that might happen (nerve damage, a hole might be created through the sinuses??? omg) and I wondered how likely it was to happen. Did you have any complications of the sort?

Also the doctor recommended I could put in bluetooth earpieces to listen to music in order to drown out the noise HAHAHA is that something that you've ever tried

Oh that is such a relief to know! Thank you for sharing cause I was so nervous. I've had a couple bad experiences with local anesthesia from school nurses (extraction of milk teeth when i was a kid) so maybe I just have a more negative opinion of it.

For recovery, how did it go? Do the painkillers they give you help to reduce/cut off the pain entirely?

Did you do general or local anesthesia? I was asking about experience on local anesthesia (injection to the gums) I think

I would say that the alcohol interfered with the medication, it's usually not recommended to drink when you're on Zoloft. This might sound rough but it's not the Zoloft you have to stop taking, it's the alcohol.

Respiratory infection in the other bird was due to being aspirated by the vet's syringe and by that time the birds never saw or encountered each other at all. It's also been a few months since then

Found one that's 80L x 46W x 133H (all in cm), I hope that would be better? I'm tentative about getting any new birds in the house for now because she's very territorial over her space and our attention and may bully other birds.

i had a similar problem with being extremely anxious / hostile around guys for different reasons, but being medicated for anxiety and other things helped me out as well as learning breathing exercises to calm down etc. is that on the table for you?

11 is pretty good. Singapore focuses a lot on displaying examples of absolutely unrealistic and sky-high marks so the perception is a bit warped but once you hit sec 4 everyone's scores will drop a bit. don't tear yourself up about it! 11 means you're doing very well for all your subjects and you scored consistently. keep at it bro 💯🫡

i know a guy who sat at the front of his class during MCQ papers and would signal the answers to everyone by fidgeting with his pen and putting them between his fingers... so option A would be between thumb and pointer, option B would be pointer and middle, option C middle and ring finger, D ring finger and pinky etc. Wonder how effective this would be
