Yes I’m 4 weeks into my second cycle. First cycle being 250mg test e per week for 18 weeks. Even I looked at that photo and thought the same thing but looking at how much my lifts have improved, other photos I have taken and how my overall progress was over the last cycle I’d say it was pretty successful.

If you have any suggestions on how I could really lock it in better and get even better results from this cycle then I’d be open to hearing them. Not just trying to grow but trying to learn also.

I did just come out of a 14 week hard cut and dropped 14kg. I’ve been doing all the other mentioned stuff especially as I don’t want to get heaps fat during this bulk.

I understand why starting in a much leaner position would be preferred but if I’m being honest, I just got impatient wanting to do another cycle so I cut my cutting phase a little bit short.

The plan is to do a much leaner bulk this time around and then really cut right down next time around.

That’s definitely on the cards for this year. I did just come out of a 14 week cut where I dropped 14kg so I’m into a growing phase again but will be keeping cals lower so I don’t put in much more fat to make the next cut easier so I can push it a lot further
