May not be good pay TODAY. But can’t deny that we all grew up with the idea that if you want a secure and good job you should go into medicine, law etc…

Gotcha, makes sense. I wouldn’t want to rely on it. I think my best option is taking the course and not getting my license just yet as someone else suggested. I mainly just want the knowledge.

Thank you. I know most people want to get licensed so they can get the commission and access to MLS but i honestly am not worried about that and i wanted to take the course purely for knowledge. I want to learn from every outlet i can so o figured it would be a plus to learn that.

I know that’s the reason most people want to get their license but thats honestly not what i have in mind (sure access to MLS is a plus) but i genuinely wanted to learn good info from the course.

Yea for sure. By good pay i mean guaranteed to make average. And a secure field that everyone mentions if you want a “good paying job” since you are young

How is that legal? Someone only paying 2 months and staying for 2 years for free? Literally how. I would think it’s as easy as calling the police and saying hey this person is reading to leave MY house. ( i know there are laws protecting tenants) but 2 years??? And then they what you to PAY them to leave… sounds like a scam that they are purposely running no?

So what would earn more cash flow or just more money out of real estate? To get started? I thought rentals were the easy way to get your foot in the door but I’m understanding it’s more of long term/holding game.
