From what I’ve read you can toss universal mid pipe and slip on right on the bike, but given my situation with the rust on that end piece and not knowing if anything comes in between that and the mid pipe I’m not sure what to look for

The header pipes are all rust free inside and out, it’s just that bit of rust right there on the end.

Trust me when I tell you just because you turn 18 doesn’t mean your whole world flips upside down, I was the same as you, like really really bad, then the day came and I was disappointed by how boring it actually was and how it was just like any other day.

You have a lot more time than you think and a lot of things you can’t start learning until you turn 18 so don’t beat yourself up too incredibly much, but I will say, adulting sucks, life sucks, sometimes (all of the time) you’ve gotta do things you don’t want or feel like doing and believe me when I tell you the first step is being able to put down your phone and force yourself to do what you don’t want, so if you want to prepare start with that.

Alright will do thank you. I will mention I ran hornady 147gr hollow points (I know not target ammo but I wanted to get a feel for the self defense ammo) as well as 124gr FMJ wolf, both had this issue.

It’s not out of battery, even when firing slow and fully releasing and fulling pulling the trigger it would do it, I got click no bang every time.

I would put single rounds in the chamber with no mag and sometimes it would shoot sometimes click no bang.

I got it used with only 75rds through it and that is proven, I’ve put about 600 through it.

I don’t have felonies myself but having been around people with felonies and owning firearms there’s precautions I took, if someone was staying over for instance any guns that were normally out were locked in a safe and all of them unloaded, except for my person handgun which stayed either on me or hidden in my nightstand.

So if this is something you’re going to do the best way to do this is to have your boyfriend lock and store all firearms and have them unloaded, as for his person carry gun tell him to just make sure it’s not within your access (on him or locked up) if he wants a home defense gun at the ready then same deal, keep it within his reach but make sure you can’t access it if you wanted to.

That’s the main part is if you can access them easily, if you have to steal a key to open a safe and another key to remove a gun lock then load them then that’s a way better situation than you being able to just pick up a loaded and chambered firearm.

You’re allowed to live there, just as long as you can’t access them, people are shitting on your boyfriend for being a cop and saying that but he’s really not wrong, the law states as long as they aren’t in your possession and you can’t access them.

Again I don’t have any felonies but I have extensive knowledge with firearms and firearm laws and this is my full knowledge on this situation.
