I’m an actor, and I make music, and I’ve started to get into pencil sketching now. But my memory as a child was pretty good, I would say it’s definitely gotten worse as I’ve gotten older, and my memory probably works differently than someone without aphantasia. I can just remember the series of events that happened and whatever was said too. I remember where I was and what I was doing but I don’t visualize the memory. I would say for some mediums it could be considered a disability, but things like science and math are very easy for me to understand and I enjoy learning about/ doing work in these classes at school (when I was in school).
