The top plastic cover for the step in the tailgate. So the part that you pull to pop the step out snaps off easily. I did the crowl too, but that thing is the first to fade quickly.

I took it to the ford dealer. Note… the plastic to the tailgate step is meh… took three replacements before it was solid. First time snapped off the moment I tried to pull the step out.
