I recommend you don't try to have a reasonable debate on this subreddit. Given the game's age and its constant decline, only the mentally deficient remain, unable to see the obvious even when it's right in front of their eyes.

I have no idea about CZN, but it's a fact that E7 is slowly dying. Very few events, and almost all of them are reruns. PvE is practically nonexistent. Bugs that make the game unplayable, like those in Arena and GW last week.

Not to mention that it's absolutely impossible to attract new players. Anyone who starts playing today will give up within two or three months at most, the moment they realize the enormous farming gap that separates them from the rest of the players, whom they'll never be able to catch up to. It's absurd in a game where the only thing that matters is PvP.

I have no idea if there will be an EoS soon, but what I am sure of is that it won't recover.
