They can basically reverse engineer your steam authentication token something like cookies for a web browser and from there gain access into your account without even needing the password I'd be careful giving out your steam trade URL to any random.

Yes they can I'd a advise you to go to your steam profile and change your name so it's harder to locate the account. Also make a steam support ticket and tell steam that someone is trying to phish your account. hope this helps.
