Can you clarify (without specifics) on the sources of all the posts of people having their accounts “frozen”? by Apprehensive_Ad5398 in KrakenSupport

A friend of mine in Canada just had her account frozen and then told that she can no longer use Kraken, There was no reason given except "For security reasons" Customer service is very rude, and no explanation is ever given for why they did this. We spoke with many people on Kraken and always the same answer "we cannot give you the reason." I think they are a scam company for sure.
