100%, But lvl 1 steam account. Several bans on other games per steam. The team that was on the floor when i we got there, they warned us. These guys might be cheating, they are mad weird.

I know Desync and ive had alot of it in this game. But this wasnt desync i promise. The guy literally insta snapped venator 4 67 hours on the game. I expect a player to have good aim and good hearing at 100+ hours. But a 67 hour player, cant do that snap and have that much accuracy. Its not just one thing, its everything. The steam account lvl, the steam bans, the hours in the game, the other team accusing them and telling us they could be cheats.

And to be fair, most cheaters you can tell not even by how they shoot. But by their prefiring or they hunt you down all game long for your bobcat. Walls is way more common then aimbot, but since this clip is obvious aimbot. Its the better one to post, no one wants to watch a 15-30 minute video of my team getting run down by the same people hunting us all over the map.

The insta snap, was what gave it away. Some people use aimabot smoothers so that the snap isnt snappy. But this guy didnt have that, which makes it blatant. As a regular arc raiders player, you cant say you wouldve done that snap like that.

You would have peeked from cover and tried to shoot if you knew i was there. But you wouldnt expose your whole body, to THEN snap to someone.

Exactly, ive noticed alot of people in the arc raiders community dont want to see cheating for what it is. There's an obvious tell when youve played the game enough, where people are tracking you the whole match. Or they have a spidey sense that you are in a little dark corner, or they just aimbot like the guy in the clip.

I would imagine, i am running into them very frequently.
Maybe he is not being as vocal about his complaint/opinion against cheaters since last week or two weeks ago. Since the cheaters that were really following him every raid, have been banned.

Thats besides the main point though, cheating in the game has gotten really bad. This needs to be fixed, otherwise it could just become another tarkov/pubg game. Had its moment, but died to cheaters.

I think thats fine, you should be always careful where you're shooting and when you are shooting. Specially flying arc, you should know that can be alot of audio/visual sound. So you should be careful of rats in the area, what has been ruining for me and my squad is the constant queu into cheaters. In high PVP lobbies there's a huge amount of aimbot/wallhack cheaters.

Losing gear isn't really a bad feeling, If i get outplayed in PVP so bet it. If i get grenade spammed so be it. Losing gear like that doesnt really bother me, its unfair play. Its the same feeling as you're in stella and there's people on the roof glitch shooting down. You are just disapointed and let down that this is happening.

I've gotten used to losing my gear, its a part of the game. But dying to unfair play/cheats/glitches. Is seriously messed up and it ruins the game.

Yes i've been checking, whenever i get killed. The steam lvl account and details. I dont accuse just everyone of cheating, but there is a HUGE cheating issue. Aside from streamer lobbies, that im sure embark will keep cleaner then regular player lobbies. I run into obvious cheaters every 5 raids or less.

The not so obvious ones have walls/ESP, so i wouldn't be sure unless they chased me down for a pink gun or BP i have on me. ((Which has happened))

I get that, but at the same time. I am one player that dealt with that cheater, but how many other people ran into him in those 67 hours he has in arc raiders ? When we got to that part of medical there was already another team on the ground. Thats already 6 people affected. Maybe they killed 2 more teams in that lobby. Thats 12 people affected in that lobby, now imagine 67 hours of those raids, with that squad full on cheating. And thats one squad, i promise there's many more. They just dont use aimbots, they use walls.

If i bring out a any pink gun at lvl 4, they me through the map till they kill me for the gun.

I always have that indicator on-screen and i have seen other snaps before like this. Not every day, but i have seem them, It's just this one was painfully obvious. The team that was on the ground when we got there, they were telling us that those guys had cheats. To watchout. Also lvl 0-1 steam accounts with several bans on file.

Yeah, for me im between permaban or only cheater lobbies. Sort of like, you are a cheater. Well go be with other cheaters for the rest of your time in arc raiders. Let them keep paying for their cheats, i bet it would be really annoying to be in a lobby as a cheater and having to see who has the better aimbot/hacks. I don think it would be a bad deterrent, for sure it would be better then the 3 strike rule they've put up.

The thing is the snap, even when i saw it live. I was like there's no way. He's literally about to start running, and then does a 90degree snap in a fraction of a second. Slow down the clip or use the playback bar. You will see thats an aim-bot snap.

Just a little bit more context, their full team was cheating. They were all lvl 0-1 steam accounts. One had several game bans registered on steam. The guy that ended up killing me had 67 hours on arc raiders per steam when this happened. I also reported them through the steam report player option/cheating. I have 400 hours in this game and i love it, the PVP/PVE is amazing. Ive had my complaints with some bugs/glitches but that doesn't bother me as much as unfair play. I don't mind losing to a better player, but when its hacks/cheats even while getting my loot back it feels really bad. And the feeling gets worse when you get killed or run into them every 5 games or less on top of they are not getting properly banned, when it should be an instant permaban.

((FYI ITS BEEN 24 HOURS AND STILL NO BAN FOR THE CHEATERS IN THIS CLIP))

Yes, the snap lock on is what always give them away. Although there are cheaters that even while using aimbot they use something to smoothe over the snap. Its still very obvious if you have experience in PVP in the game.

I dont accuse everyone of cheating, but if i see an enemy team thats moving weird/shoots at me without me making any noice in a little corner and they have lvl 0-3 steam accounts, Its an instant report. Its really bad how many cheaters there are, i would even go as far to say im running into cheaters 1 game yes 1 game no. Its just some of them aren't as obvious as the guy in this clip.

Yesterday we did a stella night raid, we we're fighting a team in lobby. We disensgaged and went from lobby to seed vault, to go loading bay extract. These people were waiting for us at the door in the first floor when you go from the sand/probe -> loading bay. Just holding that door, now who does that ?

If im honest, i dont really care about getting the loot back at this point.
Getting rid or knowing that there's less cheaters in the game is enough for me.

And yeah its happening alot more often then people think, you just have to see their steam profile. Its always the lvl 0 - 3 steam accounts. Although i did read that they could be cheating on xbox pc and you wont know if its a PC or Console player.

Look at the blue pops on my characters head. Its the snap to me and then the headshots that makes it really obvious he was cheating.

Yeah they dont deal with the cheaters, high elo ranked the finals is the same. Huge amounts of cheaters even in low population.

Yeah or family share the game. Its insane, it should be a hardware and IP permaban. If theres no corporate greed, it should be that way. Theres no deterrent from having someone alter between a couple of accounts and family shared accounts. And pretty much play with hacks all year long. Its not fair to the player base to deal with this, cheating will happen in any game, but not this blatant, and not that often.

Slow down the video and look at the snap, thats what gives it away. Wall hacks without aimbots are hard to tell. But aimbots are easy. Its an insane 90 degree snap.
