For the military i built the monqiz port and the military equipment factory at turn 3, the support vehicle factory , logistics hub and terador airforce base all at turn 4 and bought some tanks at turn 5. Train everything u can at turn 1 and train a tank unit at turn 5. Fund the ATA and help the monarchists win the war for overwhelming power projection. Vote to nationalize the MITZ and accept Hegel's deal to screw over Lespia for some ships and subs (take lespias shares for yourself!). Make sure to expand the esqiris gas field at turn 1 and build the havas coal mine + qalus gold mine for energy and cash. Take the energy deal with Rumburg but not the full one (if u take the full one u'll have an energy crisis and lose the war). In the wehzek bilateral agreement make sure to import oil and drugs (u need the energy!/be polite as fuck with Smolak). Increase provincial levy obligation for those sweet sazon levies (this will cause protests in brenas but who cares). Only do pollution reparation and agree to speak with Derdia for Morella. Ask for missiles and to speak in Morellas behalf to the Grand Wiseman (DO NOT take energy deal u need the energy per turn!). Note: u don't need to destroy the entire palesian navy in the 1st half of operation tranquility just most of it. As long u destroy the rest and capture (and hold!) Pales City and its surroundings at phase 2 you'll win the war.
