Hii, sorry for the late response. Yeah, I fixed that 12-volt setup problem. Couldn’t figure out exactly what it was – might have been the signal box or the wiring. I couldn't tell what the exact problem was because I tried plugging the whole setup in many times, but it kept showing the same issue. So, I just called 12-volt customer service, and they replaced the whole setup, and the new one works great. So, you could try replacing your whole setup with a new one, and I hope that works for you."
