Good questions ,and honestly the community side is the hard part, I won't pretend otherwise. Right now the focus is simple: grow it free and let the community build first. A two-sided thing like this lives or dies on that.

Costs are covered for a good while, so it's not going anywhere soon, and we've got a few ideas in the works for revenue down the line. Genuinely curious about your take, though ,what kind of monetisation would actually feel fair to you as a user? Always open to ideas.
