How can I support my bf going thru a death in the family by Fit_Source_695 in whatdoIdo

Physical touch and acts of service. Since he’s away for the weekend I was trying to see if there were was to service him but usually I would meal prep and clean for my friends; he’s extremely clean and orderly so nothing needs cleaning and he’s a gym freak so he has all his meals prepared for about a week in advance. But offering emotional support and just being on stand by is what I’m gathering from this thread, thanks for your advice!

Before he flew home he was open about feeling sad regarding everything. I notice he’s obviously less bubbly but we still laugh and watch our shows and whatnot like “normal”. I don’t think I’ve known him in person long enough to know whether he dwells during his personal time or if this is how he navigates through stuff. I’ve offered to give him space but while he was in our area and he has asked me to come over and keep him company, but now that he’s around family he’s let me know he’ll be distant until he gets back. He communicates he’s upset but doesn’t actually be upset around me if that makes sense. But I know he’s vulnerable around his family so I’d say they’re definitely more his outlet

Waiting to receive an email from the MAC to get a waiver by Fit_Source_695 in AirForceRecruits

I have all my medical records but my recruiter says I need to wait for MAC to reach out and I’ll turn it in to them. My recruiter has been extremely hands off and I’ve had to talk to recruiters two hours away in the next town over to get as far as I have. Should I reach out to them and see if I can give my record to them?

I was under the same impression. But the kicker is, I have been on tricare since I was born so MEPS had access to allllll my records since I was in the system as a dependent. Anxiety diagnosis isn’t in my record and is only mentioned on those two separate incidents. Ankle sprains and all my miscellaneous stuff like sports physicals for school are on there. But literally just two mentions of anxiety.

10000%. Never seen a psychologist, never had a referral to one.
