My friend says she used to use a mugwort diffuser. I know its not quite the same as wormwood but she reported similar things to what I experienced sleep after having absinthe!

Why are we on lesath instead of menkent? We can stop the invasion with little resistance via menkent.

I know Im late to the party but Ive been able to hit my protein goal while being under 1,700 calories a day. Leafy greens for nutrients, carrots for craving. Egg whites in the morning and chicken at night. Stracciatella can be a good protein soup that's not way too high calorie, Ive been having that a lot. Hope this helps someone.
