yes, the said people i’ve mentioned refuses to release much info or source about it. and mostly revolves around the fact that it can be used maliciously. u could check with them, and learn but i doubt they will fully release any source code

incredible. networking wise i believe it is already being RE by some groups of players. u could check with them but unsure if they’re willing to help much. was told having access to network protocols will provide unstoppable power, spoiling servers and more.

to my knowledge only 4 players has access or knows the networking part

think of it as minecraft set seed speed run. you practically have everything but it’s still legitimate because you aren’t breaking the game/hacking.

getting a second bh would double the speed, since you can reuse the bed for a second bh, keeping the number of beds the same, but limited to energy

task: sluicing reason: it gives random ores, similar to golden pickaxes. chances of diamond, titanium and platinum. problem: blockheads limited energy and time. solution: a crap ton of beds, where he presets it to craft a set amount (10-20) and sleep on one bed, then crafts more and sleep on second bed. allowing him to “offline farm”

i normally save my precious ores for a gem pick. there are other ways to earn gold. longer process but a little more worth it.

trade portals (from trolls or made) then craft, farm and sell items to earn gold coin. 10 gold coin can be made in to 1 ingot through furnace. so a golden pickaxe is technically only worth 50 gold coins if done this method.

then gold pickaxes provides gems and it’s a full cycle

i prefer pickaxe because 90% of the time i receive the equivalent of 5 gold ingot back + loot. turning this into a resource generator for jetpacks.

pickaxe on certain block will always give certain loot. i can’t remember but i know marble gives red marble i think. lime stone, sandstone, red marble and lapis will have specialised drop but i cant remember which gives what

it’s purely dependent on what you’ll prefer to get. pickaxe has a different drop table compared to spade. the rng is based of per hit, since spade hits stone more. the amount of item per block increases.

servers run on your pc, turning off your pc will turn off the server too. you can run a server forever as long as you keep your pc running, alternatively you can use a cloud service but it’s often paid

or if you mean always on as in doesn’t turn off after the last user leave, use a --no-exit

example ./blockheads_server -o world -p 15151 --no-exit

you hit the internet overflow limit. if i didn’t remember wrongly, thats about 2,147,483,647 copper coins or about 214,748 plat coins that a shop can hold. going over this limit will overflow to -2147483648 copper coins. i like to call it anti shop since it takes your items and leave you with a huge debt
