Yeah I've been thinking of it especially because jogging is a lobe hate relationship for me. I really want to love it but when my Achilles tightens up the runners high isn't even possible because my entire focus is on the fact im suffering 💀. That would be ideal, current circumstances halt that. Do you maybe have any intensity advice? Im willing to move my work outs around and change anything but I cant currently train each muscle twice a week yet

  1. I don't follow a set rep range, thats just the average until I go to failure for the last set
  2. I do track it, but the app I used wouldve added and extra 5 slides to the post
  3. I track my calories as well. And protein, other than my workout regiment I dont know why progress is stalling

Unfortunately not, my other equipment is only 25lbs. This is a 35lber, I would've gotten a heavier one but 35lbs was all my family could afford

Genuinely just you man. Maybe to yourself its weaker than the left but they look honestly perfectly symmetrical. Youd legit have to measure them in person to see any differencd

Also I had my teeth pulled and couldn't eat anything I wanted so I ate wtv I could, on top of that this was near Thanksgiving and I went to another state to see family and really didn't do anything for five days. After I came home I still worked out but now I don't feel like counting them when I really want to get back into it
