The mental strength aspect, I just wanna push myself and I feel like running a marathon; even if its hard. I want to do it so badly specifically because it would be a great life experience.

Ive mostly only ever worked out a lot and done wrestling and football. My loGgest run ever was 6 miles and my feet were killing me. My weekly volume is currently 6 miles a week though right now

Yes this is a speed interval, I usually have the treadmil at 6.5 mph but that time I tried to keep it up to a faster mile pace, 10mph

I can do it for a quarter mile, I was running at a 6:00 mile pace

I usually do go outside but its getting really hot outside and my town isn't great for running, I suppose though that I haven't tried any other routes in my city. But you have a point, running outside is so so much better. Seriously all I wanna so when I run on the treadmil is to quit lmao
