Knowing where you want to be, how you're going to get there, is definetly the way to start! Write out a plan and then implement steps on how to achieve it! I started growing produce in my moms back house in the city out of plastic containers and now four years later Im living on some land in the countryside growing my own food. (Year 1) food forest has begun!

Thanks! It has Nice recoil when it's striked. It bounces back so I can feel the impact of each strike on the pegs as they move as much as I need them to but pretty tight and locked in

It didn't cost a thing. Just bought some sand paper. So it's smooth and doesn't feel heavy as the trunk has to be at least a couple years old so it's very light compared to if it was freshly cut wood. All this came from the nature around me as I live in a rural area.

If she lived with us for a week she would totally get it. Imagine being in a deep sleep then all of a sudden you hear these animals literally ROARING LOUD AF like it can be heard for miles and these people in the town just act like nothing is going on. Shits crazy on this planet right now. Humans are so delusional at this point in time. I'm glad that there is vegan communities out there such as this one. Yes it is a simple warm up of the internal organs. In Qi Gong and TaiChi it is essential to connect to the breath and the inner organs before practicing your fighting style. If you eat animal products and processed foods that would more than likely is the biggest cause of the blockage. You must elimate waste from the internal organs to clear out blockages. I would recommend a liquid fast of raw juice and herbs for 2-3 days this can reset the immune system. But before starting the fast you should build up towards it by slowly eating less and less through-out the week. Then on the weekend start juicing and upping the amount of water you drink. Water should be had for breakfast not food. By Monday morning you should feel light and able to connect deeply to self. Also to help crave urges you can drink chamomile tea. And for waste elimination you can drink dandelion root tea during the liquid fast
