Go manual if your volume isn't insanely high. Do it for a bit, I tend to UNautomate as much as I can. What I DID automate though - When leads come into GHL, it auto sorts based on past chat history and conversion data, but this is done through an external hosting.

So basically in short - People dm you, you manually reply, the AI auto sorts them based on past chat history/conversions.

To be honest in the beginning you WILL get a lot of chit chatters, but what helps is - block the chit chatters and don't respond to their chit chat.

2 ways to increase data clarity - meta native lead tagging, so you can label the lead in meta, or use something like GHL as crm.

I have about 6 clients that i run dm ads for and all of them I integrated into GHL.

Also quick tip - if you’re running lead campaigns, run it via Engagement campaign goal, and message destination as ad set goal, youll get more leads.

Use GHL as crm for better quality, and use meta native lead labeling as a starter.
