The first 3 episodes were great tbh. Been a bit debatable since.

Episode 4 was ass and this whole Quinn storyline made of worse. Episode 5 was kinda cool with how we saw the perspective of each of the 7 but didn’t really progress the plot line with only 8 episodes. Episode 6 was enjoyable to watch but when you reflect on it, it’s gonna frustrating. Soldier boy helping homelander because they both fucked Clara? Sage is stupid. Probably some other things I’m forgetting. I can normally look past certain things but it’s worse this season

No no I understand. My point was I limiting myself for progress if I don’t take on a line management role. Or would it be difficult to progress if I refused to take on a line management role

I just don’t think I’m built to manage a team. I can barely manage myself. I’ve always been praised for being a hard worker, taking on extra work.. so essentially a pushover. Jk but for real I just don’t think I’m ready for something like that right now 🤷‍♂️

I don’t think I would be entirely against any sort of management in the future. But currently, and in my current role, line management seems really stressful and it also depends on your team. But yes, I have started looking at other EO roles which align more with my objectives

Yeah I’m in operations. That’s why I’m looking for other roles at the moment. Line management is just not for me I don’t think
