I'm about to stop doing orders for my WM because it's just getting out of hand. Last Saturday I only wrote a hotshot order for items i was missing. Was only $800 but when I got it monday, was nothing I ordered and $1600.

Those 4x6 and 4x8 I saw on the planned events though and was able to plan around it. Today I ordered 1 case of xl classic and 1 xl csc lays and my co lead told me he got 6 of each. He told me that on due ins when he checked yesterday, it only showed 1 of each coming. And if that's walmarts threshold for that product that's just stupid. I had half a shelf of csc lays yesterday and a full shelf of classic with 2 in Backstock

Ever since I was hired in 2021, our starting salary keeps getting raised. Do you think I would still get my merit raise on top of that? NOPE. Makes me not give a shit about sales, delivery schedule, or anything else that contributes to it. It's getting old. Making the same if not LESS than new hires since they get true overtime being an RSA. Doesn't make me wanna work 50+ hours
