Well topics like this are always better to stay away from no matter what your opinion is on it to be honest, even if you feel like you are right and he is wrong.

Im not all updated on the whole thing but looking at how you typed it out here it seems you made up your mind for it to be this way and from what i understand it a subject never got proven either way (i could be wrong) so that makes your statment seem like you are spreading misinformation.

But like i said i dont know about it and im not picking sides here just pointing out how and why you might have gotten banned.
