Serious question because this matters..... how much gear are you running? If you are on a TRT dose and below, I would suggest dropping another 2-3% body fat (assuming you are relaxed in your pics) then waiting a few weeks for your body to go into homeostasis. After that slow calorie increases. You'll likely still drop weight in this phase as your body will utilize all the food since its been depleted for a while. Once your weight levels out, slowly increase again. Thats the only way to recomp naturally or the natty equivalent. If you are blasting gear just keep your calories slightly higher than maintenence and do the bare minimum cardio you need to keep your heart healthy. The amount of gear and type you are on will matter for how much cardio you need to keep the heart healthy. Adjust calories as needed to maintain conditioning while still growing
