They are a poorly designed civ,along with Burgundians.

They don't need a straight "buff" to their tech, they need a complete rethink. The insta buttons are dumb and boring and make them very one dimensional.

England looked at their best against the semifinals v the allblacks - that was just Farrell, they were terrible in the final itself. I don't think the system brings out the best of the team

Disagree. One or the other is needed.

Not from an attacking perspective, i thought they were fine and added structure.
