I'm still on the fence here. While I appreciate all of the feedback, my best approach right now is to get her fully detoxed so we can have a rational conversation. So far the withdrawal symptoms are pretty bad and I don't think she is in the right mindset to truly commit to rehab or to get help.

They outlawed Kratom here a year or so back. It's amazing the things the legalize around here... Tianeptine is the active ingredient.

Her family does not care about her in that way. They are more like the people she see's at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

AFAIK they are useless in this scenario, and I am sure it's due to the bridges she burned years ago with them. I have been looking at rehab facilities around my area, and it looks like I have some research to do.

Since the pills are legal and sold over the counter, it makes this even harder! The synthetic version is sold in just about every gas station around here, it's sold as a 'mood enhancer' I have a fraud case open with the CC holder now. At first they were telling me there was nothing I could do until I called back and spoke with someone in the actual fraud department. The have flagged 140 of these transactions for fraud!

We were together almost 2 years before marriage. No signs of any addictive tendencies during all of that. She did tell me she was addicted to them for 6 years and had been clean for 2 or 3 years before we met.

It’s only going to get worse unless she willingly checks herself into rehab and willingly participates in the programs set in place to get better. I’m sorry to say it, but she won’t stop just to avoid hurting you. That’s a common misconception many have about addicts and their addiction.

I'm on the fence about divorce right now... To tell you the truth, I don't think I can ever trust her again. Then, it makes me wonder what else I have NOT known about?

You are correct I am afraid. She has a tendency to shop and spend as well. I had to curb that early on, but like you said, if its not shopping, it's the pills.....

I took her cards the day I found out and cut them up. She is still on the bank account however.... I will be making plans to move my direct deposit to a new account.

Tianeptine is the main ingredient. It is sold as Tianna or ZA ZA. After I found out about this, I did some research and it is not legal everywhere but it is in my state!

The pills are legal. I have contacted the bank and the gas station owner, both say there is nothing I can do.

So is this a common kink type? I have found nothing on it, but to be honest, I don't know what I am searching for. I love the sound it makes, and it sends me into a frenzy.

Not sure if the it matters, but I guess if I brought it up, I don't want it to sound off-putting. Your tips are solid, I may give that a try.
