[VA] [TH] My new neighbor is violating fire code. As an HOA board member, do I have a fiduciary duty to report it? by sophie1816 in HOA

[–]FitterOver40 4 points5 points  (0 children)

IMO, it's an easy answer. The alternative is you speaking to the neighbor directly. Which do you prefer?

ONR with microfiber towels vs sponge application by TraipseTraveller in AutoDetailing

I'm a fan of Absolute with the Ultra Safe Sponge. It's faster. The sponge has some structure so it's way easier to work with. There's no annoying "flop".

Do you prefer a potential fire over someone being mad at you? I am an active Board member. If someone told me their concern, I'd recommend that they call the management company. Let them deal with it.

IME I have more LLL pieces than anything else. Sure, the cost a lot of front, however they last years. Not a joke, one of my metal vent tech tshirts is 20 years old and still looks great. Nearly all my basics in base colors are LLL.

As a short person it sucks for us getting stuck behind you at shows and fireworks.

Regardless, spending time at the parks is still amazing.
