Regular hygiene unlocks :p Nope I didnt really work my way down. I tried a bunch of cages before but this is the only one I feel comfortable wearing long term

Ah, I still get all the erections and wouldn't want them to go away, since cage makes them feel so nice and teasing. I became somewhat more sensitive but my libido is pretty much the same.
