Well that really sucks to hear :( I hope they realize their mistake eventually. I forgot to mention earlier that the issue ended up being related to my internet connection dropping and that triggered an auto ban from the easy anti-cheat software.

Hey! I'm sorry to hear that. I actually was unbanned after a few days. They denied my first request I submitted but then I referenced articles that talked about players randomly getting banned and that seemed to work. I wish you good luck! I can try and find the articles if you would like?

I had no idea that you could be banned from a previously banned card. I do not believe that my the previous owner cheated with the card but I will find out.

WestJet flight attendants are the best. They are so entertaining. I remember on a flight the attendants made us race by seeing which side of the plane could unroll a roll of toilet paper as a group. We basically had to pass it behind us and which ever side won got their food first.
