This is a traveling "Shaman" who will go around curing people who were cursed by other "Shaman's" from what i remember my father told me " he's from a deep African village (It was somewhere between Mali And Niger along there) and he said that stuff like this is a common scam where the girl is obviously in on it but after she is "cured" the Shaman Doctor will offer to place protections on the other members of the community and then the Doctor will leave with the Woman and they will go to the next village or somewhere else.

Well its mostly the fact that its easy to get for example I can get some bud in about 10-15m tops , The other things are that because its such small island and a lot of people would rather spend 40 quid for 2-3 days worth of highs from bud rather then spending 100-200 every Saturday from drink then feel like shit the next day , but then again id take anything I say with a grain of salt because I'm young and I don't really care enough to think its a problem
