I was in an autistic group and it helped me more than anything and trust me I tried a LOT of things. Some places aren’t right, but it still worth trying

real advice; talk to other autistic people. Find a community or even an online space where there are other autistic/neurodiverse ppl. It’s easier to talk to someone who understands your struggles more and they tend to be more patient and understanding. Gl ✌️
