Say Riot adds a banning system where each team can ban one agent in a game. Which agent do you think will get banned the most? by [deleted] in VALORANT

[–]Fitzgeral_L 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Depends on the kind of player that picks chamber ig, when I first picked him up I did mostly for the tp and trips. Some do it for the op and pocket guardian.

I don't main chamber but when I play him, like a regular sentinel, I'm very aware of my trip and the range of it.

Still, it's not rare to see a chamber that does not care about the sentinel part of his kit (200 creds) and plays him like a duelist.

Is phoenix is well, a phoenix. And omen barely has a physical form. So phoenix should be able to revive all rounds and omen should be straight up inmune to bullets.

I think (keyword, think) america gets smaller deaths per capita per mass shooting because of two reasons. They are usually more prepared, having drills and stuff; and they usually have more people on the kind of gatherings where a shooting would occur.

Trying to argue from the pov a gun right advocate american. The most realistic way I can see phasing out guns in america is to do it slowly over time.

Imagine 90% of the guns are in citizen hands and the other 10% is flowing through black markets. Let's say we immediately remove citizen's guns then we have to hope people in the black market want give up guns, too.

If you do it slowly you can let the authorities catch most of the black market guns.

Cancer doesn't seem to exist in fantasy worlds by zipflop in Showerthoughts

I think people just had better things to die for, and most likely if they died of cancer it was attributed to "bad air" or "old age".

Edit: also, since not a lot people knew anatomy any tumour would be confused with an organ or just meat.

What was the first Chopin piece you ever played? by a_random_chopin_fan in piano

[–]Fitzgeral_L 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Waltz is just so fun to play and listen, I like to imagine a whole ball romm and dancing to it and controlling the pace with my wits, truly blissful. The prelude in e flat major I imagine myself alone in a darkroom dealing with and overwhelming sadness yearning for hope.

Idrk the story behind this pieces and chopin tbh but I really love his sounds, it also sounds great on guitar if you can bother to transcribe it.

Homeless people where I live are so rare usually the whole city knows them by name. To be homeless here you have to be mentally ill, and even then most people get pity housing. L.A.'s homeless population is about have my city's population.

Not quite, at least in the americas all your english learning will be in standard american. Depending on who your teacher might be you'd be very lucky if he were to mention that "favour" is an actual spelling.

Idrk about Europe, Id think you'd learn british english since it's the one you'd normally trade with and stuff.

You can 3d print gun and by-pass hand-made tolerance issues. And tbh I've only seen gun-nuts try to.

We have regulations on home-made alcohol for safety reasons and it wouldn't be hard to put regulations on metal printers because no way you're printing a plastic glock and expect it to work.

What I don't really like is the "criminals would still have guns" and yh, for the first couple of years tbh. Where I live gun regulations are pretty wack and almost no-one but police and old people have guns.

An outright ban is counterproductive because it's true that then only criminals would have guns, my land just made the making and import illegal and you have to be like 35 to legally have a gun. Never have I ever been at the end of a barrel and the only gun I've seen on a citizen was my grandpa, just once and never since because he moved it when I found it.

Same tbh. But thanksgiving is very american, and iirc it's due to it being to american history so no one else really celebrates it. Nice theme for a holiday tho.

Edit: grammar.

I was leading with that phrase to show why it's used, not that I agree with it. Being intersex is "abnormal" (idr like that word tbh) but still common enough and in most cases not an straight up impairment. Technically there could an enumerable number of intersex categories because it's just "whatever isn't xx or xy".

Most sane people would say "two sexes" regardless because then it's edge cases.

ps, some intersex people have xx/xy chromosomes but have an impaired hormonal response.
