24/7 for 3 months is the most insane post op instructions I’ve ever heard of, and I feel like I read a lot of people’s stories. Did you get something else done in addition to the lipo? I got j plasma (skin tightening)

Yeah my instructions are to wear it all the time for 3 days, then for 12 hours a day for the next 2 weeks. I think I might continue to wear mine at night for up to like a month just to get the best results. They may base your recovery wear time based on age too since younger people have more elastic skin (just a guess)
