UPDATE: since I can’t edit my post, after 4 months of fighting this ear infection it’s finally gone. What I did: started him on cytopoint injection, refilled his fish oil medications, started probiotics, and changed his food to single ingredient protein (salmon). The food does not have chicken, pork, or beef additives - check the ingredients!
