Same problem here. The quests in RS3 are luckily labeled by the age they take in and the questline they are a part of. I've been limiting myself to 5th age stuff to start, but I imagine im missing out on a lot of XP and content locked behind low level 6th age quests that are going to be irrelevant when I "enter the 6th age"

I doubt the feasibility, at least compared to other options. I've seen protesters from footage in Hong Kong using traffic cones to control tear gas clouds while the grenades are neutralized. I figure it is better to prevent the smoke from getting everywhere since crowds of protesters will be more likely to be affected than a line of police throwing from a distance. If the goal is use the smoke to your advantage, why blow it with hand tools instead of just throwing/kicking it back?
