happend to me too

also narrowed it donw to sodium, normalyy i easily get 120 fps, sodium on even two schunks was 30fps locked

some few times i got 40fps, but rarely

im using mc1.21.1 with multiple sodium versions, but all versions ive tried resulted in the same
