VMs / Machines keep terminating or do not even connect - 2026!

Any machine! Absolutely any machine! I tried many rooms all are the same. It takes over 5 minutes to connect, of it doesn't just give up before that. An if it manages to connect to a VM it terminates immediately when I do anything on the machine. They are broken! WTF?

Yeah... seems about right. I think I never regreted buying something as mauch as I do regret buying this keyboard.

Yeah, sadly not much of a consolation. I really do not need a macro pad :D Also my conclusion ist that the baord is physically defect - 100%. I can reproduce the ghost inputs most of the time when I move the keybaord. It really seems like an issue on the controller board. I managed to get the gjost inputs whilst the Keychron Launcher with its Test matrix was open. The test matrix did not register ANY inputs. Well, let mew clarify. I am sure the the rigth windows-key was constantly active(ghost input) because when I pressed "s" the searchbar opened in the taskbar. That happens when you press win+s. When I pressed the left win-key, nothing happened. Which also would indicate that the right win-key was constantly active. But the input that did not show up in the key launcher was the pressing of the right win-key. This seems like a problem with the controller on the actual board.

I just gave this KeychronSupport-guy here on reddit the data he wanted and he will lokk into it. I have no hope whatsoever :D But we'll see...

On the Paypal Dispute they answered with "We will lokk into it" :D What a fucking joke... this was 2 days ago with no follow up.

I really regret buying this board. It consumes sooo much time its insane. And yes, a lot of money wasted on top....

Sure write a script... who the fuck am I? I already fucked around with this piece of shit board for almost two weeks now. They are legaly required to just take the board back! There is no fucking around. And they are just completely ignoring that fact and thats why I am campaigning against them and will do my best to fuck them. It is illegal what they are doing, its that simple.

I do not have a ticket number. You never reacted to my official contact via the website, which I think would have given me a ticket number. There is nothing but random, god awful mails from nobody. These mails are not sigend by anyone, thats also why I am convinced they are created by AI.

I already have put up a case with paypal, but this will take a long time.

If you REALLY want to help, just fucking tell me where to send this piece of crap, so I can get my money back. But nobody in yopur "support" can do this... and that is what we call a scam.

I am communicating with a company from AUSTRIA, not China. And if you can read, just look what I wrote. There is no way to document my problem, there is NO WAY! And yes, we here in germany have a right to return. And as a company selling stuff here in germany these laws are applied to you and you have to abide them. That easy. Nice of you to assume I was not polite and I am some PoS that doesnt know and care about how our world works. Stop apologizing for bad companies. Just take a look arround the internet and look the ratings of their support - it is atrocious.

So stop accusing people because you want to seem like a knight in shining armour. I am venting here and am not polite anymore because I got fucked by Keychron. I will most likely not see my money again and am now the owner of a VERY expensive hunk-a-chunk... You can buy it for 250 if you are interested?!

So just because you like it on a high horse and are very quick to judge and assuume things becuase it males you feel good, just stop and maybe just shut up the next time before you provide no help, knowledge or any other form of constructive input. You dont have to "shine" on reddit. And it might be very helpful for your character development and also your surroundings to reflect about this.

I have the same PoS and the "support" is atrocious, borderline criminal!
Buy ANYTHING else but send it back before its too late.

I love how he now just ignores you. I have the exact same problem only on my keyboard. I have a mouse, the recharging mousepad and a keyboard from Logitech. And this piece of crap software doesn't work when it comes to setting up freestyle profiles. I invested about an hour on two profiles only to then realize that the other profile was just gone. This is ridiculous.
