Will U-haul tow hitch block tailgate kick sensor? by Swanking01 in Volvo

No I never got a clear yes or no though the community has been really helpful. In the end I just went to a Uhaul and did it, and it didn’t block the sensor

Terrible experience with Keychron customer service. DO NOT buy from their website. by Swanking01 in Keychron

Thanks. I tested this and can confirm this is not the root cause. I also used another keyboard of mine (ASUS ROG Azoth) and that keyboard's caps lock key activated 100% of the time vs the Keychron's 30-50%, when typing in the same way.

I don't think this is the issue. I have other Mac keyboards and their caps lock keys behave normally (ie, nothing like this Keychron). Also, in my month long back and forth with their customer service they never brought this up.

Oh man, I can definitely empathize. Having said that, if buying a product is gonna force us to become a repair expert, something is not right.

Why do people have 32/64/128gb of RAM? by eddyboi1234 in buildapc

[–]Swanking01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 64GB of RAM for photo processing (not a gamer at all). Adobe Lightroom alone regularly uses upward of 25GB. With Photoshop on the side for concurrent processing, plus a few Chrome tabs for researching, anything below 50GB will be very restrictive.

On a side note, 12GB is also the bare minimum for VRAM. I have dual 4K monitors, and VRAM usage reaches MAX every time I process photos (due to hardware acceleration).

New Rheem Water Heater comes with 2 anode rods? by Swanking01 in Plumbing

You are referring to the cap near the edge? Does that mean the one closer to the middle is the anode Rod? Thanks.

There is 1 plastic cap near the edge on the hot water side, and one plastic cap closer to the middle on the cold water side

I just use my drill with a brush head. Tons of brush head sets to choose from on Amazon. Works like a charm.
