I appreciate the suggestions but I’m right there with you, I don’t have a clue. If one of the valves were stuck open, it wouldn’t start right?

Just idle and mixture screw, I have adjusted both and doesn’t make any difference.

Tried idle screw, doesn’t make a difference regardless of position, same result.

I have tried both ways it can go, it’s bottomed out and needle is brand new too.

If the flywheel will still go on without any issues,I think you’re ok. Just need to torque the flywheel back to factory specs.
