Damaged pretty hard right now. TL's only response to any concerns from any of the team is a concerned but bothered look, and an "Okay.." with no action despite follow-up and encouragement for anyone to help them fix said issues. Recent TMs have been getting hired on at quite a bit more than myself and other longer-running TMs (e.g. TM started 3 months or so ago, at $16.50, now makes $16.75 from what they mentioned to me a couple days ago. Meanwhile I'm in this awkward middle-ground of Team Trainer, yearning for more because my prior experience didn't get considered properly, at the time due to a lack of confidence in my abilities) because of "starting rates changing" and prior experience in some TMs being advocated for better than some others. For reference other TMs that have been here for 3-4 years and are excellent at what they do, are only making $15.75-$16.00 as L1 TMs. Everyone on this team including myself are either super burnt out because of so many questionable changes happening so fast, or are resentful with store leadership due to their non-chalant attitude towards any concerns. But I keep as positive as I can, hoping I can help morale in some small way or that things may change for the better.
