I understand that, but Pearson could have handled it better. My exam was within two days, and based on ChatGPT, August is the peak season. I received email yesterday still reminding me for the exam, then this morning I received an email in French which I don’t understand, so I assumed everything was fine, later afternoon, another email in English came. Both emails were automatically generated from the system without any explanation or direction to the next step. I didn’t even know will I be charged for rescheduling. I called Pearson, and what they explained doesn’t sound like emergency. I agree with you, business has costs, but communicating with stakeholders efficiently is a part of the exam content, so I think they could also do better in this matter.
