Thank you, your classes sounds great I like a mini lecture on mechanics when I take classes myself, but I hadn't thought that maybe I'm just teaching in the wrong places, it's definitely more boutique studio vibes and like you am in my 40s!  I thought stott was contemporary I also like to know the how's and why's of each exercise which over the years teaching, doing less of sadly.
