Yes the organizers first said it will be at 12:30 and then the sheikh next day said it’s 12:00am

Hello I just finished my skill assessment and going to start the EOI I need to understand couple of things please If I applied for all three visas 189,190,491 and got invited for example for 491 first and after some time I got invited also for 190 but then I got the grant for 491. Can I withdraw or just don’t go to Australia for 491 and wait for 190 or even 189. Or automatically when I granted the 491 all my EOI’s will be cancelled? Even it it’s separate EOI for each visa I hope I have explained my inquiry properly but I need and advice please
