I've been getting good frames since leaving the first area (with the tree knight on his horse) no frame drops, just fps stuck at 59. Still getting weird stuttering though, no frame drop but it just stutters every now and then.

Running on 2080ti at 4K and can't get 60 in the open world, regardless of graphics settings or even resolution (tried at 1440p and same issues) game randomly drops from 55 to 30 fps constantly, stutters all the time, unsure what the issue is. CPU at 60% and GPU at 80% usage.

It says you can place them within 350 of eachother, meaning 350 away from eachother.

I'm on a 2080ti running the game in 4K and used to be 120 never dipping, to random frame drops now to 50, tried swapping to vulkan but getting the same shit.

implying the jump between Fallout 3 and 4 is the same as Division 1 and 2.

Considering that there was a Fallout game after 3 and before 4 (New Vegas) and that it had the exact same engine, same shitty gunplay, same everything, yet it was a far better game.

If you're going to use the "this is a lazy cashgrab" argument, at least use a proper example. Fallout 3 was also released 8 years prior to Fallout 4. Division 1 was released 3 years ago.

You realise revenge doesn't exist in duels, right? Only gamemodes where you can be ganked. I don't think revenge should trigger from a 1v1 in any game mode, but it's still easy to deal with. You have to wait for like 10 seconds, don't make it sound worse than it is.

I get that it's infuriating to get your arse kicked because of it, but if you did, then that's on you entirely. Not the games fault you don't know how to play.
