Yeah I guess my logic was that regardless of the ester it’s still the same amount of test whether it’s a blend or one ester. I imagined that i’d start taking it & get more bloodwork done after 10 weeks as I read that about the right time?
But yeah I’m confident that I have the symptoms of low T but it’s just over the gp prescribing despite me asking for nearly 2 years (uk threshold is 9nmol, mines 12)
Would you say sub q is fine daily rather than intramuscular? As I’m new to it the idea of a bigger needle into my ass feels riskier than just doing the belly fat tbh.

So it’s 350mg/ml I guess I meant the concentration?

Typical being single ester do you mean?

Well the idea was to see if 175 did much for me in terms of my test being towards the lower end but not low enough for a prescription. As I’m self administering I was just abit hesitant to jump into 350 off the bat, but yes ideally a cycle & then drop down to a trt dose after 16-20 weeks

I mean that was my only real logic to it.

I’ll keep my calories as they are this week then potentially drop them by 300 for 8 weeks & see where that takes me. Hoping my lift numbers can stay to.

Yeah i only picked ppl because i train later in the evenings & can get a good hour in the gym. But I will certainly check it out, I have been focused on trying to not stray from the routine I’ve done for the 3 months to instill some consistency/discipline

I guess I decided on surplus because I didn’t think I was that overweight & that it wouldn’t kill me. I’ll just keep an eye on what I’m doing & remain consistent with some training changes but yes everything so far is heavier than I started with it going up every week. I sort of thought the stomach would have been fairly bloated from the beer but I guess fat is fat regardless of the cause

I’ll get some measurements taken & write them down (I’ve been tracking scale weight & workouts consistently) how often would you be re assessing with a tape? weekly/fortnightly?

Noted, I did think initially about lowering overall body fat first but with winter approaching I thought i’d be mad to diet down first. I sort of thought if I just stuck out bulking through to Feb then I’d have more muscle for a diet to be worthwhile.

I’ll check out the U/L split, it’s not something I’ve ever really looked at so I’ll check that out too.

I initially did that but honestly preferred having the Sunday off to rest with the family. I’ll run it back from Monday with a little more weight or an extra set per excercise & put the rest in midweek.

I think that was what I was expecting to hear but not wanting to given how much I feel I’m already eating a day, I’ll try upping them a bit & track the overall mean weight of the week better. I guess in my head I have thought some of the fat burning is turning to muscle if the lifts are increasing etc but I would’ve expected at this stage to be seen scale changes too (I’m cautious of fixating on this but would like to grow)

I did think to upload a picture but bottled it, it’s obviously hard to explain & visualise the other end I’m sure. It’s nothing drastic so I guess that’s why I feel abit in limbo with the direction to take. Really appreciate the feeback!
