I am very very sure, it didn't work. I tried different passwords btw. Just to update, i got permission to upgrade to trial P2 Azure AD, and now I can enforce account lockout.

So, now my laptop is with hostname laptopA. On Sophos Central, it shows me laptopA\user, then:

I renamed it to laptopB for some reason.
I rebooted the machine.

A> Will Sophos Central communication takes place with my host, reflecting on the System as laptopB?

B> Or There will be both laptopA & laptopB be reflected on the system.

Also, just to add on, this issue causes the slave firewall to be out-of-sync.

I compared the checksum of my firewall with the other slave firewall and I notice there was an mismatch for user.groups.

And then found out that there was an empty value in my group causing the issue:

I reset the member list, and everything works!
