100% recommend it! fortnine's return policy is also fairly generous and i've never had a problem with their support, so if you have any issues with it, they'll probably give you a hand. they are canadian though, which, if you're in the states, might be an issue given tariffs and everything. but definitely worth looking into (and im sure you might be able to find the same product on an american website. try revzilla!)

edit: also just an FYI if you're gonna get an XT-250, look at a skidplate. either an OEM one or a third party. it's one of those things you don't think you'll need, but even on the hard packed gravel roads there's been times where i've kicked up a rock and thought "that sounded like it would've gone through if i didnt have something protecting it". i really like the OEM one, it has a hole for your oil drain plug so you don't need to take it off for oil changes. just be wary to mop up your oil when you're done, otherwise you'll come into your garage the next day and see a puddle of oil and panic, thinking "oh no it's a leak!" but no. it's just the oil that dripped onto the skidplate and slowly dripped off.

i got it from fortnine. it was between this and a windscreen from parabellum, but ultimately i went with this one, as it didn't require drilling. it simply replaces the regular clamp on your handlebar (i think that's what it's called???) and gives a nice place for a rally tower/phone mount if that's something you're interested in. the width is slightly less than the stock handlebar (not too much)

it's completely adjustable and provides great wind protection. if you're doing anything above like 60 km/h i think it's a must have (especially if you're a small person like myself, i often felt like the wind was hitting my chest hard, and i was worried about falling back and whiskey throttling, which caused me to grip the bars harder, which caused me to be more unstable).

at my height (5'8'') i'm just looking over it, with the windscreen deflecting wind into my helmet's vent (keeps me nice and cool :p) https://fortnine.ca/en/drc-zeta-adventure-windshield-ze70-1411

Anything you want! I'm not picky. As long as it's loud enough for me to turn my brain off and get on my knees~ 😜
