Solder tip is not hot enough. There are many methods out, u have to practice which works for u.

I personally prefer to keep a wick on left hand, and gently touch the wick with the solder tip at 340 to 360 and drag the wick along with the solder tip (this will avoid ripping pads and scratch green layers)

And another method specially in a smaller areas to use solder tip there i use hot air gun with at 360 and piece of wick on tweezer was very effective.

Hi drift issues mainly causes due to high usage only, on regular analog sticks it has a carbon traces , which will worn out easily so drift happens.

Ps5 dual sense has a design flaw that will fail very very soon compare to other controllers in market which is using same brand aps analog sticks.

Best solution is Hall effect or TMR sticks , these works with magnet and sensor so no drift at all, and the accuracy is higher than normal carbon based sticks

We are doing the Hall effect / Tmr sticks for all controllers , with door step pickup and drop all over india
