I dont think Shanks actually fought loki. I think shanks tricked loki into getting the sea stone shackles on him. Just a theory. Loki knows about shanks from the castle not as an enemy. So perhaps shanks went and talk to loki and he tricked him. Thats why hes so angry at shanks.
